Why Bahria Town needs a different kind of grocery app
Karachi is one of the most searched cities for online grocery in Pakistan, and for good reason. Bahria Town in particular is a city inside a city: long distances between precincts, families that moved in recently, and plenty of homes without a car free at the right moment.
The big-city apps tend to serve the older parts of Karachi first. Bahria residents end up driving out for basics. Foran flips that: we start inside Bahria, with the stores that already serve each precinct, and add riders who know the gates, blocks and towers.
Precincts we cover
What Bahria families order most
Doodh, dahi, anday
Fresh dairy and eggs from the shop that restocks every morning.
Sabzi and phal
Seasonal vegetables and fruit, picked by the shopkeeper.
Atta, chawal, oil
The heavy ration, carried to your door instead of your car boot.
Product photos from the Foran app catalogue. Availability and prices depend on the store and are shown in the app.
Pharmacy items and household supplies can go in the same basket, because every Foran order comes from one store and arrives together.

Same-day delivery, without the drama
People search "online grocery store Karachi same day delivery" because they have been burned by next-day slots. With Foran, the order goes to a store a short ride away, so same-day is the normal case, not a premium extra. Delivery time depends on the store and the traffic at the gate, and you can follow the rider live in the app.
Tips for Bahria residents
- Save your exact building or street in the app. Bahria addresses look alike; a precise pin saves minutes.
- Top up your Foran Wallet via JazzCash, Easypaisa or NayaPay to 0333 9988891 and send the screenshot on WhatsApp.
- Order the heavy ration at once (atta, oil, rice) and keep daily items for small top-up orders.
